Delivery Policy

The total cost of delivery will be added after you add the products to your cart and choose your preferred delivery and payment method – you will see the exact amount to be paid in the summary. Below you will find a list of standard delivery costs, along with the estimated delivery time.

Please note that Delia Cosmetics does not guarantee delivery within the time frame indicated below. Your order may arrive later than the estimated time shown below, but this occurs intermittently.

- Delivery time: 3-7 days.

- Delivery is available to all cities and villages in the West Bank and Jerusalem.

- Delivery is free if your total bill is 150 shekels or more.

- The delivery methods and fees apply to all products displayed on the site.

Delivery cost:

- Delivery fee in the West Bank: 15 NIS if the total value of your orders is less than 150 NIS. Delivery is free for orders of 150 NIS or more.

- Delivery fee in Jerusalem: 25 NIS if the total value of your orders is less than 300 NIS. Delivery is free for orders of 300 NIS or more.

- Delivery fees in Area 48: 55 NIS if the total value of your orders is less than 450 NIS. Delivery is free for orders of 450 NIS or more.
